The following conditions apply to all 4-Natural consultations and services:

Payments are made digitally in advance when scheduling a consultation on the website
Online consultations only by appointment via planner
Cancellation of appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, then 50% will be charged and returned to your account, with the exception of force majeure.
If no online consultation is taken without cancellation, no amount will be refunded due to the reserved time.
Minimum age to take a consultation yourself is 16 years, clients younger than 16 years old parents or carers have to schedule the consultation.
The team is made up of employees who naturally have the ability to work with energy at a distance from people and animals to read or reduce Stress, but they are not doctors.
Remote treatment or appointment is carried out in full surrender and works in almost all cases, with a few exceptions - partly or not. The therapist has no influence on this. That is why the effect of the treatment is always on agreement with the client.
In an emergency, always go first to the emergency department of the hospital or to the general practitioner.
If you have a medical or psychological complaint, always go to the doctor for a diagnosis first.
Never modify your medication without consulting your doctor / specialist

The client uses the services of 4-Natural from his own free will. 4-Natural can not be held liable or responsible if a treatment works partially or not and for damage as a result of actions taken by the client, possibly resulting from the guidance or advice given.

Prices include VAT
The use of the products and services is at your own risk
Shipment takes place within 5 working days, if in stock, after receipt of the payment of the items plus the shipping costs.
Packages are sent with external package service.
Goods can only be returned within 8 days, only unopened. You should first contact us about this. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. You will also remain responsible for the goods until the moment of receipt by 4-Natural.
If you return items within the set term, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the shipping costs to your account.
The shipping costs are for your account according to weight, large and possible insurance inside or outside the Netherlands.
